Funeral services for Lindsey Kate Moon, age 27, of Roanoke will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2013, 12:00 PM from Sandy Creek United Church of Christ with Rev. Wayde Washburn and Cyrilla Beveridge officiating. Burial will follow at Rock Stand Christian Cemetery with Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00-11:30 AM on Wednesday, November 20, 2013.
Miss Moon passed away Thursday, November 14, 2013, at her residence.
Survivors include her mother, Carole Moon of Vancouver, Canada; maternal grandparent, Betty Moon of Roanoke; aunt and uncle, Melissa and Eric Seemann of Huntsville; first cousins, Lillian Seemann and Alex Seemann; and a host of cousins and extended family and church family.
A Homewood, Alabama native, Miss Moon was born on June 30, 1986, the daughter of Carole Lynn Moon. She was a member of Sandy Creek United Church of Christ in LaFayette and was employed as a waitress.
