Aunt Dovie, you were always there for all of us. When daddy lost his battle you were there as support for mother and us. We have wonderfully special memories of you, uncle Vernon and Grandma being there before and after. You have lost your battle hear on this earth, but you have won a wonderful, angelic life with our Lord and Savior and all our family who went before us. We all will miss you so much. I will miss our long talks about the loves of our lives. Rest in heavenly peace in His Amazing Grace.....

So very sad and to see the funeral markers on Radney Street and to find out that Dovie has passed. She was a remarkable lady and a very good neighbor all these years. I will miss her.

Many hearts are broken at the loss of this sweet lady but we are comforted in knowing that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Our prayers are with you all.
