So sorry to hear of Judy's death - she was my best friend in school and we did live away from each other but always knew in our hearts that when we would meet again we could take up just where we left off. We did meet again when Joe was in the hospital I would go to see her and sit and talk with her several times. I did visit her at her home in Roanoke and meet her cat that she loved. We did talk on the phone some and I remember how sad she was when Joe died and also when her daughter in law died. I did meet Darlene at Mrs. Vicie's funeral. Mrs. Vicie was like my second Mother as Judy and I spent the night with each other a lot. I will miss her and I loved her dearly. I know you all will miss her too.

Darlene & Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with each of you. I will never forget the first time I met your mom & dad. I met you all at your grandmother's when I came with Elaine & her parents one time. They both gave me a warm welcome. Many years later, I had the blessing of working with your dad at the mill, and often running into your parents at the store. Just as when I was a child, they always gave me a warm welcome. We will have you all in our prayers.
