Miss Frankie was such a special lady; I considered her a friend. I remember Girl Scouts, Handbell Choir, Monthly bridge club, the Christmas trip to New Orleans to "eat out", Music Club and fellow residents of West Point Street. We had a lot of common activities. I especially enjoyed visiting her these last few years at Williamsburg Manor. I will miss her smile and our conversations. I send my deepest sympathy to Susan, Nancy, Joyce and their families.

So sorry to hear about Mrs. Neighbors. Praying for the family that God will comfort you in your time of sorrow. She was a kind and caring person, I remember her well as I was growing up. God bless you all. Vicky
