Obituary
Funeral services for James Alvin Anglin age 75 of Rock Mills will be held Monday May 12, 2014 at 10 AM from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Scott Whaley and Rev. Paul Sheppard officiating. Burial will follow in the Knight Cemetery.
Mr. Anglin passed away Friday May 9, 2014 at East Alabama Medical Center.
The family will receive friends on Sunday May 11, 2014 from 5 till 8 PM at Quattlebaum Funeral Home.
Mr. Anglin is survived by his wife Catherine Anglin of Rock Mills: one son Johnny J. Anglin of Rock Mills; five grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Watson, Delbert Watson, Logan Watson, John Wayne Watson and Arthur Watson.
Mr. Anglin was a lifelong resident of Rock Mills. He was born February 8, 1939 the son of Charlie Wade and Vera Pearl Sheppard Anglin. He was a self -employed painter and a Baptist by faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, three sons Jimmy Anglin, Donnie Anglin and Daniel Anglin, two brothers Onward Anglin and Melvin Anglin.
