Gail Christine McGuire, age 59, of Roanoke, passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2014, at Gentiva Hospice in Columbus, GA. Quattlebaum Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include two daughters, Alaina McGuire and Cami McGuire both of Roanoke; one son, Nathaniel McGuire of Springfield, OH; her mother, Elizabeth Ann Cornelison of Roanoke; five sisters, Dianna Ryan of Dayton, OH, Stephanie Cave of Eaton, OH, Victoria Wade of Colorado Springs, CO, Mary Conelison of California, and Ada Casey of Colorado; one brother, Samuel Cornelison of Dayton, OH.
A Springfield, Ohio native, Ms. McGuire was born April 6, 1954, daughter of Carson and Elizabeth Ann Casey Rice. She had previously lived in LaGrange. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willis Franklin McGuire and her father.
