Funeral service for Raymond S. Jones, age 60, of Roanoke will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2013, at 11:00 AM from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Scott Whaley officiating. Burial will follow in Cedarwood Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00-8:00 on Friday, December 6, 2013.
Mr. Jones passed away Sunday, December 1, 2013, at Regional Medical Center in Anniston, Alabama.
Survivors include: two sisters, Shirley J. Hearn of Marianna, FL, and Donna J. Clark of Roanoke and one brother, Robert L. Jones of Frazier, CO.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Clark, Sr., Ronnie Clark, Jr., Robbie Clark, Brett Clark, and Jerry Nelson.
An Atlanta native, Mr. Jones was born on August 9, 1953, the son of Hubert and Ruth Hammons Jones. He was a property manager for a mini storage facility. Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his parents.
