Funeral services for Bruce Doyle Coker, age 31, of Dadeville will be held on Wednesday, November 6, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Rock Springs Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2013.
Mr. Coker died Sunday, November 3, 2013, at East Alabama Medical Center.
Survivors include: one son, Elijah Coker of Dadeville; his parents, Doyle and Peggy Coker of Dadeville; two brothers, Buster Coker of Jackson Gap and Winford Coker of Lineville; half brothers and sisters, Kenny, Billy Ray and Kristy.
Pallbearers will be David Pfeiffer, Curt Ward, Leavere Brown, Kevin Pinkard, Jimmy Williamson and J.R. Brown.
A Chambers County native, Mr. Coker was born on June 20, 1982, the son of Doyle Ray and Peggy Williamson Coker. He was a self-employed carpenter and Baptist by faith. Mr. Coker was preceded in death by one brother, Doyle Ray Coker, Jr.
