Obituary of Patrick Ryan Denney

Funeral services for Patrick Ryan Denney, age 23, of Wedowee, will be 4:00 PM Thursday August 29th from Souls Harbour Baptist Church with Rev. Fred Flowers officiating. Burial will follow in the Potash cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Church from 2:00 to 4:00 PM Thursday. Mr. Denney died Tuesday, August 27, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Joanna Flowers Denney of Roanoke; his parents, Alvin Eugene, Jr. and Lisa Smith Denney, of Roanoke; grandparents, Alvin and Joan Denney of Carrollton and Alvin and Mary Jewell Smith of Woodland; one sister, Amanda (Kyle) Arrington, of Woodland: one brother, Dustin Denney, of Roanoke; brother and sister in law, Joshua and Jessica Flowers; father and mother in law Fred and Brenda Flowers; two nieces, Kylie Arrington and Avalee Flowers; and one nephew, Kailen Arrington. Pallbearers will be Josh Flowers, Kyle Arrington, Dustin Denney, Shane Nelson, Kevin Alsabrook, and Neal Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be Souls Harbour Youth group. Mr. Denney was born April 25th, 1990, in Troup County, GA. He was a wiring engineer at Kyung Shin Lear and Baptist by faith. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother Patricia Ann Denney. The family will accept flowers or donations may be made to the funeral fund.
