Obituary of Pauline Moncus Bradford

Funeral services for Pauline Moncus Bradford, age 89, of Wadley, will be held Tuesday, July 2, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Micky Vaughn officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 to 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 2nd. Mrs. Bradford died Sunday, June 30, 2013, at Traylor Nursing Center. She is survived by one daughter, Paula (Steve) Bradford-White of Cornelia, GA; two grandchildren, Amy (Terry) Bennett and Keith Bradford; four great-grandchildren, Monica Bennett, Maranda Bennett, Kahleb Bennett, and Damien Bennett. Mrs. Bradford was born June 15, 1924, daughter of Awbrey and Uvie Bennett Moncus. She was a member of Abanda Baptist Church and had been self-employed at Bradford Service Station and Grocery. She was preceded in death by her son, Michael Bradford; three brothers, Clarence Moncus, Albert Moncus, and J.W. Moncus; two sisters, Ruth Moore and Jewell Caldwell.
