Mrs. Shepherd, Anita, Roxanne, and Family:
My thoughts and prayers are with each of you. I am so sorry to hear about Mr. Gerald. I know how much you all loved him, and how much he loved you all. He was a kind man, whom touched the hearts of a lot of people, including mine. I remember when my kids were so sick (Josh & Courtney) and running into him and he offered prayers for them both and our family, and it truly touched me. I had known who he was through going to softball tournaments through the years, and then of course through working with Roxanne and knowing Anita due to Josh & Jessica being in school together. He lives on in each of you in the things that he taught to you and gave to you. I understand how hard it is, having lost both my parents. Please know that I will keep you in my prayers. Jessica knows how to contact me, if Anita/Roxanne need a friend to talk to. Heaven has another shining star now, watching over each of you.
