Obituary of Rebecca "Becky" Mauldin
Rebecca “Becky” Mauldin, age 82, of Roanoke, formerly of Dothan, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at her daughter’s residence.
Survivors include: two daughters, Lee Cottle (Brent) of Roanoke and Cindy Miller of Dothan; one son, Rusty Breed of Montgomery; four grandchildren, Ryon Clark, Alyssa Markus, Selena Cottle and Breanna Cottle; two sisters, Shirley Thrower (Joe) and Susan Sherrod, both of Lagrange; and four great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Mauldin was born on March 19, 1942, the daughter of Rev. Russell Simpson and Flora Harvel Simpson. She had worked as a seamstress with Palm Beach and was a homemaker in her later years. Mrs. Mauldin loved the Lord and her church family, and she also enjoyed doing crafts. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Bobby Mauldin.
