Obituary of Charles Andrew Partin
Charles Andrew Partin, age 88, of Roanoke passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at his residence.
Survivors include his wife, Almeta Williams Partin of Roanoke; one daughter, Thea Almeta Partin of Auburn; three sons, Bryan Drewdell Partin of Bowdon, GA, Damon Eric Partin of Tallapoosa, GA, and Kylie Marcell Partin of Fairburn, GA; ten grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
A Georgia native, Mr. Partin was born on June 18, 1935, the son of Albert and Olif Bazemore Partin. He was a United States Army veteran and attended High Pine Baptist Church. Mr. Partin worked as an inspector for Public Works department before retiring and was a master gardener and beekeeper. He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Dawn Minnette Partin-Laws; and a son, Christopher Shawn Partin.
