OBITUARY
Graveside services for Lewis Henry Moore, age 76, of Roanoke, will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, August 4, 2012, from Randolph Memory Gardens with Rev. Billy Allen officiating. Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, August 3, 2012, at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Lew Moore, Clayton Moore, Joe Craft, Charles Adams, Joe Lambert and Ronnie Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be the Rock Mills Fire Dept.
Mr. Moore died Thursday, August 2, 2012, at Traylor's Nursing Home.
Mr. Moore is survived by one daughter, Robin Jean Moore of Malone, NY; three sons, Tony (wife Kim) Moore of Roanoke, Randy (wife Karen) Moore of Roanoke, Cleve (wife Wanda) Moore of Roanoke; two sisters, Colleen Lister of Chamblee, GA, Yvonne Lemons of San Antonio, TX; one brother, John Herman Moore, SR of Falls Church, VA; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; three step-great grandchildren.
Mr. Moore was born September 10, 1935, the son of Henry Cleveland and Fannie Lou Johnston Moore. He was a member of the Rock Mills Baptist Church, cemetery maintenance /manager for Randolph Memory Gardens and a member of Roanoke Masonic Lodge #132. Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie Jean Moore; his parents; one brother, Alton Moore; two sisters, Edith Moore and Leva Dollar.
