I remember the summers my twin brother Billy and I spent at my Aunt Eva's and Uncle Clint's. Dennis, Larry and Joann, my brother and I would be playing all day long up in the barn, and what time we weren't there, Aunt Eva would have us shelling peas or shucking corn. And at the end of the day, she would call us to come have supper. I can still taste the cold milk and the fresh tomatoes. These came from the garden. She made the best biscuits. I think that whoever taught Aunt Eva also taught Clara Ramsey, my mother how to make those biscuits. Thank you, Aunt Eva. I love you. Those are cherished memories that I will hold dear for the rest of my days. I know that Aunt Eva is glad to be in Heaven. She use to say that she didn't know why God would keep her here this long, but He knows best and I know that Aunt Eva WALKED INTO HEAVEN and that she is now our Guardian Angel just like my Mother. They are having quite the reunion with everyone. I know she is glad to see Uncle Clint. She called him Clinton. Aunt Eva, say hi to everyone that has gone before for me. You are now with the Lord who loves you very much.
