OBITUARY
Funeral services for Anthony William Heath, age 38, of LaGrange, Georgia, formerly of Welch, will be held Sunday, December 4, 2011, at 1:30 pm (Central time) from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Chris King officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 to 7:00 pm (Central time) on Saturday, December 3rd.
Mr. Heath died Friday, December 2, 2011, at West Georgia Medical Center in LaGrange.
Survivors include his mother, Johnnie Heath of LaGrange; one sister, Tonya Michelle Heath of LaGrange; one aunt, Lavelle Gauntt of Five Points.
Pallbearers will be Joel Brand, Jimmy McCain, Ricky McCain, Harlin Nix, Doyle Shelnutt and Guy Thompson.
Mr. Heath was born March 16, 1973, son of William Bertram and Johnnie Gauntt Heath. He had worked as a forklift operator with Buffalo Rock, a Pepsi distributorship. He was preceded in death by his father; grandparents, Fred L. & Lethia M. Gauntt, Bertram & Mildred Heath.
