Obituary of Henry F. Sharpe

Funeral services for Henry F. Sharpe, age 75, of Roanoke, AL, will be held on Thursday, December 17, 2020, at 11:00 AM CST at Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Bill Walden officiating.  Burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens in LaGrange, GA.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-8:00 PM CST on Wednesday, December 16, 2020.

Mr. Sharpe passed away Sunday, December 13, 2020, at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton, GA.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Sharpe of Roanoke; daughter, Karen Hamric (Gene) of Louisville, AL; son, Gerald Sharpe (Cille) of Louisville, AL; daughter, Catherine Shea (Dale) of Purcell, OK; daughter, Lisa Jacoway (Tony) of Stevenson, AL; daughter, Cameron Sharpe of Vass, NC; step-daughter, Wendy Bolan (Russell) of Woodland, AL; granddaughter, Amber Sebo; granddaughter, Brittnie Robinson (Sean); grandson, Nicholas Jacoway (Ashley); granddaughter, Jamie Sharpe; granddaughter, Katlyn Jacoway; granddaughter, Olivia Unruh (Leroy); granddaughter, Hannah Shea; granddaughter, Brittany Mcqueen (Kenny); granddaughter, Carrie Owens (Gary); granddaughter, Ashton Bolan; grandson, Dalton Bolan; granddaughter, Haley Dansby; granddaughter, Heather Henderson; great-granddaughter, Haven Jacoway; great-grandson, Noah Jacoway; great-grandson, Colton Owens; great-granddaughter, Kinsley Mcqueen; sisters, Carolyn Hampton, Marie Sharpe, and Vickie Crouse.

Pallbearers will be Dale Shea, Gene Hamric, Russell Bolan, Tommy Walden, Dalton Bolan and Joe Halker.

A Crawford, AL, native, Mr. Sharpe was born on August 26, 1945, the son of Thomas Lathen and Catherine Christine Hodge Sharpe.  He was an electrical tech for Watts Bar Dam. Mr. Sharpe was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Sarah Robinson; and brother, James Sharpe.
