Graveside services for Juliaette Windsor Marshall, age 85, of Roanoke will be held on Monday, November 30, 2020, at 11:00 AM at White’s Chapel United Methodist Cemetery with Bro. Chris Agee officiating and Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. 

The family will receive friends at the church from 9:30-11:00 AM on Monday before services begin.

Mrs. Marshall passed away Friday, November 27, 2020, at her residence.

Survivors include: one daughter, Cindy Reese (Freddie) of Wadley; one son, Rex Gilbert Marshall, Sr., of Dadeville; eight grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Melba Burke (Leroy) of Anniston; and three brothers, Ronald G. Windsor (Norma) of Lenlock, Donald C. Windsor of Villa Rica, GA, and Kirby Windsor (Cathy) of Roanoke.

Pallbearers will be Dean Reese, A. J. Reese, Landon Moncrief, Eric Cummings, Rex Marshall, Jr., Ryan Marshall, Deron Spraddling, and Justin Robinson.  Honorary pallbearers will be Mrs. Marshall’s granddaughters and great-grandchildren.

A Roanoke native, Mrs. Marshall was born on August 12, 1935, the daughter of R. V. and Louise Kirby Windsor.  She was a member of White’s Chapel United Methodist Church and worked in the lunchroom at Handley High School.  Mrs. Marshall was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, C. Gilbert Marshall.

Memorials may be floral or donations may be made to White’s Chapel’s Cemetery Fund.
