OBITUARY
Funeral services for Mr. Winston Yarbrough, of LaGrange, GA, age 81, will be held Wednesday, December 4, 2009, at 2:00 pm from the Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Carlin Phillips officiating. Burial to follow in Randolph Memory Gardens with Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 to 2:00 pm on Wednesday, December 4, 2009
Mr. Yarbrough died Sunday, November 29, 2009 at LaGrange Hospice.
Survivors include his wife, Mamie Burke Yarbrough of LaGrange, GA; two brother-in-laws, Paul (wife Myra) Burke of Roanoke, James D (wife Mary Jane) Burke of Atlanta; several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Yarbrough was born June 20, 1928, the son of Glenn and Essie Hammond Yarbrough. He was of the Baptist faith and had worked for Terminex Pest Control. Mr. Yarbrough had served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Mr. Yarbrough was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Waymer Yarbrough.
