Graveside services for Emmett David Howard, age 76, of Rock Mills, will be held Sunday, August 23, 2020, at 4:00 PM at Wehadkee Cemetery with Bro. Ed Storey officiating.
The family will receive friends at Quattlebaum Funeral Home from 1:00 to 3:30 pm on Sunday.
Mr. Howard died Friday, August 21, 2020, at Tanner East Alabama in Wedowee.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Loette Nelson Howard of Rock Mills, several nieces and nephews.
A Rock Mills native, Mr. Howard was born July 27, 1944, the son of George Wilford and Ruth Ida Laws Howard. He had retired from Wehadkee Yarn Mills where he worked as a security guard. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, George, Holley and Herman Howard.
