My sincere condolences to the Vinson family on the loss of your loved one. May Jehovah God continue to be a refuge and strength in this time of sorrow. (Psalms 46:1). Isaiah 25:8 - He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces. Please take comfort from this promise during your time of bereavement.

I have missed for many years seeing Billy walking around the Mill Village visiting any one out and about. He use to walk over to the washer and store. He always wanted to tell you a story about Jesus. You will be missed Billy, RIP!

Billy was always such a pleasure to be around. I would go to the office, where my mom worked at Handley Mills after school. Even if I was not having such a good day, Billy always made me smile! He was a blessing.
