OBITUARY
Funeral services for Pauline Wilson Dean, age 78, of The Villages, FL, formerly of Randolph County, will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, August 19, 2011, at the East Napoleon Church of Christ with Bro. Richard O'Connor. Mrs. Dean will lie in state one hour before the service at the church. Burial to follow in the adjoining church cemetery with Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 17th and 5:00 pm to 8:00pm on Thursday, August 18th.
Mrs. Dean died August 15, 2011 at her home.
Mrs. Dean is survived by her husband, Frank Dean of Villages, FL; one son, James Leon (wife Suzanne) Dean of Jackson, MS; one daughter, Dianne Elaine Holcomb of Oxford; one grandchild, Tiffany Pauline Holcomb of Mary Esther, FL; one brother, James Frank (wife Lois) Wilson of Roanoke; several cousins, nieces and nephews all of Randolph County.
Pallbearers will be her cousins.
Mrs. Dean was born, September 10, 1932, the daughter James Buren and Lonie Mae Messer Wilson. She was a member of the Church of Christ, in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. She had worked for twenty-five years as a secretary for Sunnybrook Childrens Home, Ridgeland, MS. Mrs. Dean was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Randy Alan Wilson.
