Memorial services for Adrianna Rix, age 77, of Atlanta, GA, formerly of Roanoke, AL, will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2019, at 2:00 PM CST at Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Tommy Dunn and Rev. Curt Teal officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00-2:00 PM CST on Saturday, December 28, 2019.
Ms. Rix passed away Saturday, December 21, 2019, at her home.
Survivors include her daughter, Roxanna Reynolds (Charlie) of Newnan, GA; her sons, Mark Anthony Messer (Viola Key) of Atlanta, GA and Franklin Leon Messer (Tina Wiggley) of Dallas, GA, 13 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
A New Jersey native, Ms. Rix was born on September 3, 1942, the daughter of James and Mary Bogdan Pope. She had worked in textiles and Granddaddy’s Music Barn in Roanoke. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and one sister.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to be made to Traylor’s Nursing home, 1235 Yancey Street, Roanoke, AL 36274.
