Obituary of Jimmy M. Smith

Graveside memorial services for Jimmy M. Smith, age 62, of Wadley, will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2019, at 2:00 PM from Wadley City Cemetery with Rev. Wally Williamson officiating and Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Smith passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at Traylor Health and Rehab Center.

He is survived by son, Marty Smith of Alexander City, AL.

A lifelong resident of Randolph County, Mr. Smith was born on July 27, 1956, the son of Fred Pruitt and Gaytha Tidwell Smith. He was a member of Motley Baptist Church and had worked as a carpenter. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his granddaughter, Martie Marie Smith.
