Obituary of Jeffrey Michael Cole
Funeral services for Jeffrey Michael “Cole” Cole, age 44, of Roanoke will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2019, at 12:00 PM at Quattlebaum Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Derek Farr and Rev. David Taft officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-8:00 PM on Monday May 6, 2019.
Mr. Cole passed away Friday, May 3, 2019, in Greenville, GA.
Survivors include one daughter, Hannah Cole of Roanoke; one son, Lane Cole of Roanoke; parents, Ricky and Cynthia Crenshaw of Roanoke; grandmother, Lurline Cole of Roanoke; two sisters, Melinda Brown (Rusty) of Opelika and Heather Chappell of Auburn; three brothers, Tracy Crenshaw (Amy) of Roanoke, Colby Crenshaw (Amanda) of Woodland, and Michael Cummings (Donna) of Roanoke; four nephews, Eli Crenshaw, Braelyn Davis, Canaan Crenshaw, and Creek Crenshaw.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Van Nelson, Russ Hodges, Jamie Heard, Alan Crockett, Ronnie Merle Hill, and Glenn Hill.
A Roanoke native, Mr. Cole was born on December 19, 1974, the son of
Ricky and Cynthia Crenshaw. He served in the Army National Guard. He was a great outdoorsman. He loved hunting, fishing and drawing. Mr. Cole was preceded in death by his grandparents, Junior Cole, Teurman Crenshaw, and Catherine Edmondson.
