Obituary of Horace Lee Cummings
Funeral services for Horace Lee Cummings, age 63, of Roanoke, AL, will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at 3:00 PM at Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ricky Cummings officiating. Burial will follow at Midway Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 – 3:00 PM on Wednesday, April 24, 2019.
Mr. Cummings passed away on Monday, April 22, 2019, at his home.
He is survived by his wife, Angie Koone Cummings, and one sister, Betty Kelley (Melvin) of Lanett, AL.
Pallbearers will be Jerome Barber, Bobby Royster, David Mitchell, Ricky Veal, Virgil Veal and Sam Harris.
A LaFayette County native, Mr. Cummings was born October 18, 1955, the son of Wilson Cummings and Dovie Mitchell Cummings. He was a correctional officer of Troup County. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
