Obituary of Lucille Bolling
Funeral services for Lucille Bolling, age 83, of LaGrange, will be held Friday, July 21, 2017, at 11:00 am (Central time) from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Pastor Don Howard and Pastor Conrad Dufrese officiating. Burial will follow at Big Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 to 8:00 pm (Central time) on Thursday, July 20th.
Mrs. Bolling died Monday, July 17, 2017, at West Georgia Medical Center in LaGrange.
Survivors include four sons, Michael R. Smouse (Darcy Anderson) of Tampa, FL, Joseph Ryan Martin (Patricia) of Alpharetta, GA, Jerry R. Bolling (Peggy) of LaGrange, GA and Jordan D. Bolling (Kayla), also of LaGrange; son-in-law, Willis Bailes of LaGrange; four brothers, Olan Blackmon of Augusta, GA, Arnold Blackmon of Zephyr Hills, FL, Wayne Blackmon and Phillip Blackmon, both of Tampa, FL; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A former resident of Roanoke, Alabama and Tampa, Florida, Mrs. Bolling was a Randolph County native, born July 12, 1934, the daughter of Ezra and Eva Barker Blackmon. She was a homemaker and a member of Freewill Full Gospel Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James W. Bolling; daughter, Eva Carol Bailes; three sisters, Mary Blackmon, Ruth Blackmon and Dot Smith; five brothers, Earl Blackmon, Aaron Blackmon, B J Blackmon, Fred Blackmon, and Almon Hollis Blackmon; and a half-brother, Dewey Blackmon.
