OBITUARY
Funeral services for Miss. Pamela Meredith Tidwell, of Roanoke, age 56, will be held Sunday, November 8, 2009, at 2:00 pm from the Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Richie Farrow officiating. Burial to follow in the Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery with Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 to 2:00 pm on Sunday, November 8, 2009.
Miss. Tidwell died Thursday, November 5, 2009 at Randolph Medical Center.
Survivors include one sister, Ruth Ayres of Villa Rica, GA; one brother, Richard (wife Dorothy) Tidwell of Roanoke; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Justin Phillips, Jordan Phillips, Christian Hall, Adam Hall, Jason Tidwell, Steven Tidwell and Jeff Tidwell.
Miss. Tidwell was born December 25, 1952, the daughter of John David and Martha Marie Burke Tidwell. She was a member of High Pine Baptist Church and had been a seamstress for Terry Manufacturing. Miss. Tidwell was preceded in death by her parents.
