Steven Lee Tomblin, age 48, of Wadley passed away March 30, 2017, at his residence.
Survivors include his wife, Katie Tomblin of Wadley; his mother, Evelyn Tomblin of Wadley; one daughter, Haley Tomblin of Lafayette; and one sister, Debra Janes of Wadley.
A Canton, Georgia native, Mr. Tomblin was born on July 18, 1968, the son of Billy Lamar and Evelyn Graham Tomblin. He was Methodist by faith and worked as an electrician for Hartin Electric. Mr. Tomblin was preceded in death by his father; paternal grandparents, Claude and Jewell Tomblin; maternal grandparents, Bert and Fern Graham; and stepgrandmother, Elvie Graham.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
