Funeral services for Glen Griffin, age 80, of Wedowee, will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2016, at 2:00 PM from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Joe Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-8:00 PM on Tuesday, November 8, 2016.
Mr. Griffin passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2016, at Wedowee Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Debbie Dean Griffin of Wedowee; three daughters, Rebecca Thomason of Roanoke, Melanie Eskew of Franklin, GA, and Nita Eskew of Franklin, GA; two sons, Chris Jones of Franklin, GA and Mark Eskew of Wedowee; 18 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one sister, Christine Wortham of Franklin, GA.
Pallbearers will be Skylar Rogers, Devin Rogers, Travis New, Dewayne Coleman, Joe Wortham, Danny Smith, Richard Barber, and Justin Jones.
A Coweta County, GA native, Mr. Griffin was born on July 2, 1936, the son of Homer and Sally McDowell Griffin. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was a self-employed plumber. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers; and four sisters.

About Us
Quattlebaum’s was founded in 1930 by Robert B. Quattlebaum on Roanoke’s West Point Street. Relocated to Maple Drive, Quattlebaum Funeral Home was just across from Knight Sanatorium for many years. In 1953, a new building was constructed on College Street – where the funeral home is today.
