Charlotte Penwright, 90, of Roanoke passed away Friday, September 16, 2016, at Wedowee Hospital.
Survivors include: two daughters, Kathy Nowicki of Darien, Illinois, and Ellie Kanning of Woodland; one son, Glenn Penwright of Navarre, FL; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
