Marie and Family,
Words cannot express the loss that Joe's fellow comrades of A Troop, 3d Squadron 4th Cavalry and I feel. Rest in peace, Joe, and know that I will miss you and forever be indebted to you for your support and loyalty during every day and night from 21 September 1968 - 1 February 1969 in Viet Nam. Until we meet again down the road in Fiddler's Green, we will all miss you dearly. Thank you for being there with us when we needed you.
Linda and I are so glad, Marie, that we were able to reconnect with Joe after all this years and visit with you and Joe at your home.

Joe's family and friends have my deepest condolences on their loss. I had the honor of serving with Joe in Vietnam. Joe was loved and respected by his comrades. We are all proud of Joe's service to our Nation, to her citizens, to A Troop 3rd Squadron 4th Cavalry, and most importantly to us his fellow soldiers. Rest in peace and we will meet again in Fiddler's Green.
