Funeral services for Brad Davis, age 24, of Roanoke, will be held Wednesday, July 31, 2013, at 2:00 pm from Roanoke Church of Christ with Bro. Gerald Romine officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the church from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, July 30th. Mr. Davis will lie in state at the church for one hour prior to services beginning at 1:00 pm on Wednesday.
Mr. Davis died Sunday, July 28, 2013, at Grady Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include his son, Braelyn Heath Davis; his parents, Bruce and Sharon Davis; one brother, Joshua Davis; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Mr. Davis was born November 16, 1988, son of Bruce and Sharon Johnson Davis. He was a member of Roanoke Church of Christ and had been employed as a welder with Kia in West Point. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bill and Mary Davis and Henry and Dorothy Johnson.
